Unlike many other vacation rental management companies, our fee includes basic maintenance and supplies for your unit, and we take care of all the ordering and stocking to ensure a seamless experience for you as an owner.  

We take care of everything so you can focus on other things that are important to you. Have you purchased a new build, renovating, or refreshing? We can step in at any point to choose colours, materials, fixtures, and lighting all the way through to ordering furniture and housewares and fully setting up your property. We are here to make your life easier and can customize our service offering to meet your exact needs.

Caring for your home as if it was our own:

· Our cleaning team partners are the best in the business and pride themselves on thoroughness and quality. We coordinate pre/post stay cleans, deep cleans and everything in between to ensure your property is well-cared for.

· Inspections/inventory: We perform inspections at every check out and regularly check inventory.

· We offer regular maintenance as part of our management services (changing filters, fixing loose fixtures, etc). For more complex maintenance issues, we have relationships with trusted local partners and ensure we are on site for all services performed and keep you informed along the way.
